Exercise Physiologist

Emma graduated from University of Balart (now Federation University) with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2011. Following that, she went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology, graduating in 2012. Emma graduated top of her class and was awarded the Most Outstanding Graduate award.

Throughout her career Emma has up skilled with qualifications in Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health (Pre and Post-Partum training, Hormone Changes, the Female Athlete), Nutrition and Chronic Fatigue.


Following graduating Emma has developed a versatile skill set across a number of settings including Hospital and Acute Rehabilitation, Community Health, Private Practice including Pilates Training, Strength and Conditioning programming for amateur Women’s AFL competition at Albert Park for the past 3yrs.

Emma enjoys treating a range of clientele in particular Women’s Health, Osteoporosis, Joint Pathologies (particularly the hip and knee) and exercise prescription to maintain a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.


In her spare time Emma enjoys going to the gym, Pilates, soy lattes, mani/pedis, online shopping and spending time with her husband and daughter Scarlett.
