Sherese holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, alongside two Bachelor degrees in Exercise and Sport Science and Psychology/Psychophysiology.
She enjoys providing innovative, evidence based and person centred care to people of all ages and abilities. Sherese has experience working with a wide range of conditions with a particular interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (spine, hip, knee, and ankle), athletic performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Her knowledge also extends to neurological conditions with a focus on motor control and cognitive development.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Sherese racking up the km’s on a run, in the gym or enjoying a coffee with friends.
