Elly recently completed her Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Monash University, following a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She grew up locally on the Mornington Peninsula and is passionate about helping others stay active and return to doing what they love.
Before entering the world of physiotherapy, Elly spent three years as a professional cricketer, an experience that sparked her interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Having navigated her own rehab journey through sport, she brings a deep understanding of the athlete’s mindset and the importance of personalised care.
Elly enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, and is driven by the belief that movement is medicine. Whether it’s helping someone get back on the field, into the gym, or simply move more confidently day-to-day, she aims to support each client’s unique goals.
