Exercise Physiologist

Katie has a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation and a Bachelor of Applied Science - Human Movement.

Katie enjoys running, kayaking and bike riding participating in outdoor adventures and events with her family.

Katie has had extensive experience at Epworth hospital, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain and functional restoration programs. She has been involved in athletic development through coaching kayaking and gymnastics.

She specialises in joint mobility using techniques from Functional Range Conditioning, benefiting bodies compensating from past injuries, poor postures, overtraining/repetitive use and athletes wanting a competitive edge.  

Katie likes to educate and empower clients about their condition and how to optimise their performance so they feel in control, motivated and confident in their exercise plan and goals.
