Head of Pilates Department

After completing a Bachelor of Education majoring in Dance and Health, Narelle studied Pilates at Dance Medicine Australia with Craig Phillips and holds a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. Narelle has been involved in Pilates for almost 30 years, holds a Practitioner level status with the Australian Pilates Method Australia, has lectured at Chisholm Frankston Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction course and is also a qualified ChiBall Instructor, BarreAttack Instructor and Australian Calisthenics Federation Coach.

Narelle loves the challenge of teaching Pilates to clients from all walks of life and all abilities. She is passionate about treating the whole body to improve posture and function, decrease pain and movement limitations and increasing confidence and a sense of welbeing with her wealth of knowledge in the Pilates method.
