Beth Ludbrook

Beth graduated from Deakin University with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021 prior to that she completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. Beth has experience working in private practice and sports environments with a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Outside of the clinic Beth enjoys watching and participating in sport particularly running and swimming and has also competed in aquathlon at an international level. Beth’s other interests include spending time at the beach and hiking.
