Victoria Ching


Victoria has trained extensively in dance at May Downs School of Dance with over 18 years experience in ballet, contemporary, musical theatre and acrobatics. She has performed at Disneyland and Universal Studios, as well as completed Advanced 2 RAD and her CSTD Tap Teachers diploma. Victoria also competed throughout her youth at Royal South Street and commonwealth Dance Festival. Victoria has a passion for rehabilitation and minimising injury risk, which has led her to work with a variety of young dancers. She likes to assist them with strengthening and optimising performance to achieve their dance goals.

Victoria has completed her Clinical Pilates accreditation with the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA), and enjoys drawing on these principles with all of her clients. Her interests in Physiotherapy include lower limb injuries, ACL rehabilitation and working with dancers, using exercise and drawing on her Pilates repertoire to assist in treatment.

Victoria also has experience working with football players and was the head trainer for Old Scotch Soccer Club in State League 2. She enjoys working with athletes and empowering them with injury prevention programs, as well as assisting them to return to match fitness.
