Victoria Ching

Victoria comes from a strong dance and Pilates background with over 18 years of experience, competing at an elite level across Victoria during her youth. During this time, she experienced many injuries that led her to develop a passion for rehabilitation of lower limb injuries and post-surgical recovery. Since then, Victoria has worked with a variety of young dancers, assisting them in strengthening and optimising performance.
Victoria has completed her Clinical Pilates accreditation with the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA), and enjoys drawing on these principles with all of her clients.
Her interests in Physiotherapy include lower limb injuries, ACL rehabilitation and working with dancers, using exercise and drawing on her Pilates repertoire to assist in treatment.
Victoria also has experience working with football players and was the head trainer for Old Scotch Soccer Club in State League 2. She enjoys working with athletes and empowering them with injury prevention programs, as well as assisting them to return to match fitness.
