Lauren Belza



Lauren is an experienced Physiotherapist who has been working in private practice since graduating from LaTrobe University in 2016. Prior to which, Lauren also complated her Sport and Exercise degree from Deakin University (2012). 

Outside of private practice, Lauren has spent time working in hospitals (Cabrini and Waverley Private) rehabilitating patients pre- and post-op from hip, knee and ankle surgeries. Additionally, Lauren has also worked extensively with a number of local football and rugby clubs.

As a self-acclaimed sports addict; having grown up playing representative basketball and currently playing footbal, Lauren understands the importance of injury prevention but also returning to sport safely as possible.

In addition to her strong knowledge in strength and conditioning, Lauren has also completed dry needling and Pilates courses and enjoys integrating all these approaches into her treatments to help get patients back to what they love doing!
