Rachel graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science/Human Movement and Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management in 2014. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Rachel went on to complete her Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. Rachel graduated in 2016 and became an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA).

Rachel's a passionate Exercise Physiologist and very committed to empowering clients through education, retraining of function, alignment and movement capacity, in order help them achieve a strong, healthy and functional body. Her forte encompasses areas including a  strong background in exercise prescription, promoting self-management and injury prevention for each individual.

Rehabilitation of neuro-musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and metabolic conditions are areas Rachel is most passionate about and specialize in. She finds her role as an Exercise Physiologist as incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, assisting clients on their journey towards better health, improved self-esteem, and a longer, happier life.  

Rachel is excited to work with new and returning clients to the clinic to help achieve their long term goals.

Outside of TSIC, Rachel has had many years of experience with swimming teaching and is highly involved within the community by volunteering her time to lifeguarding our beaches throughout Summer. Also throughout Summer, Rachel competes in the sport of Surfboat rowing (lifesaving), travelling predominately in Victoria but also within NSW and QLD for national titles.
