Making the time to exercise can be really challenging, particularly when trying to fulfil busy lifestyle roles such as working, raising children and looking after family members.

The recommended exercise guideline for adults aged 16-64 years is 2 and a half - 5 hours of moderate intensity exercise per week and to include two strength sessions. More than half of Australian women are not meeting the recommended minimum amount of 150 minutes per week. This means many women are not moving enough, are missing out on the numerous of physical and mental benefits exercise has to offer and are at greater risk of chronic diseases.

Make your health a priority, make exercise a priority! By looking after yourself you will have a greater capacity to fulfil your other roles.

Our Exercise Physiologists understand your challenges and will work with you to reach your exercise needs and goals. Call us on 9783 9990 or book online.
