For most people, rehabilitation is a frustrating time and it usually means delaying or resetting goals while spending time away from training and day to day tasks.

However, it is important to remember that rehab also presents us with an opportunity to develop parts of our athleticism that we otherwise may not have enough time for, or priortise during full training.

Rehab is frustrating, but take it as an opportunity to make yourself better.

It is important to remember: 

  • Be diligent with your rehab procedure
  • Nourish your body with good foods 
  • Drink plenty of water 
  • Maintain your aerobic conditioning through cross-training 
  • SLEEP WELL
