Georgia Russell

Exercise Physiologist

Georgia graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2016. Following that, she went on to complete her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology, graduating in 2019. From a young age, Georgia has been heavily involved in sports, playing basketball, volleyball and tennis. During her younger years, she had experience playing at a national level with tennis which developed her understanding of the importance of coaching at all levels of sport as well as correct movement mechanics and patterning to complement non-specific training sessions. Georgia is a passionate and driven member of our Exercise Physiology Team and has an interest in not only oncology and cardiovascular health but also working in paediatrics and the general population to help people stay independent and strong for as long as possible.
