Katie Barnes

Exercise Physiologist

Katie has been at TSIC since 2014, and has worked with a broad spectrum of clients since the start, including oldies, youngsters, athletes and everything in between. She found her niche within women’s health as a whole, thoroughly enjoying the pre and post-natal exercise therapy. She also has an interest in hip and knee pathologies, with particular focus on glutes being the butt of your problem!

University of Ballarat graduate (2013) (now Federation University Australia), Katie graduated top of her class, and was awarded the most outstanding graduate as well as the ESSA outstanding student performance award.

In her spare time, Katie loves running around after her small daughter Evie, enjoying Netflix with husband (and TSIC EP) Jamie “JB” Barnes, as well as soaking up family time and cooking.
