Melinda Braithwaite


Melinda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and post graduate trained paediatric dietitian. She enjoys being able to provide families with the support, knowledge and skills to confidently nourish their babies, toddlers and children to enable stress free meal times, healthy growth and happy living.

Working in paediatrics Melinda has a special interest in food allergies, intolerances and gut health. She understands how incredibly challenging and upsetting it can be for parents trying to navigate the complexities of food allergies, intolerances and gut issues and loves being able to provide support to these families to help overcome distressing symptoms in their baby or child. Melinda is also experienced working with fussy eaters and children with Autism who have very restricted diets.

In addition to paediatrics, Melinda has completed additional training in fertility and pregnancy nutrition and can provide support throughout your pregnancy journey. Melinda is also passionate about helping adults with digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome find relief from their symptoms so they can get back to enjoying life again.
