Women's & Men's Health Physiotherapist

I started my health career as an allied health assistant and fell in love with the maternity ward work. When I went to University to study Physiotherapy I knew from the start I wanted to work in the pelvic health field. After completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Melbourne I enrolled in my Post Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy only a year later.

My health career has seen me spend 10 years working across 2 physiotherapy private practices and 16 years at Monash Health. In 2012 I started working in the Monash Health community continence services. Working in the largest multi-disciplinary continence service in Victoria has greatly expanded my knowledge in this specialised area. I became the clinical lead of the continence service 3 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed leading the team over that time.

Having worked with Caroline, Cee and Candy during my career at Monash Health, I could think of no better private practice to join after my move to the Mornington Peninsula a couple of years ago! I’m excited to be part of the team and to continue working to help the community with their pelvic health concerns. I am particularly interested in working with general continence concerns, sexual pain/dysfunction and overactive pelvic floor muscles.

I live on the Peninsula with my husband and two young sons. Outside of work I love basketball, swimming, backing, reading, painting and spending time with my family and friends.
