It's no secret that exam time is stressful for students. The importance of diet and exercise is often projected, but what about neck and back health?

While studying, students spen a significant amount of time sitting at a desk, using computers and leaning over books while reading and writing. Poor posture when seated is one of the most prevalent causes of back pain. Add this to the stress that exams cause and it's not surprising that students are complaining of headaches, back and neck pain.
