Candice Graetz

Womens & mens health physiotherapist

Candice graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 and has been lucky enough to work on the Mornington Peninsula since. In 2016, Candice completed post-graduate studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal Conditions in Women at the University of Melbourne. Candice's motivation was to gain a greater understanding of the pelvic floor and pelvis so that she could help her clients more effectively. After graduating, Candice gained great experience working within a Continence Clinic, working with patients experiencing issues with bladder and bowel, as well as pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Candice has also completed further training training in dry needling, management of pelvic pain and more recently, abdominal separation (DRAM). Candice has a special interest in helping patients suffering from greater trochanteric pain syndrome (lateral hip pain), as well as pregnancy related and post-natal musculoskeletal conditions.

Candice has completed extensive Pilates training and gained Polestar Pilates Australia certification in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Series. Candice has also done DMA (Dance Medicine Australia) Pilates training and offers Pilates services via Pinnacle Physiotherapy in Dromana.

Candice's passion is to help people improve their health and wellbeing. She uses a holistic approach with a combination of education, manual therapy and exercise therapy to manage injuries and conditions. Candice's aim is to empower you to confidently self-manage your problems and achieve your health and fitness goals.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys walking on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and further afield. Candice practises her own Pilates and Yoga but also loves more vigorous exercise: playing basketball, netball, golf and running, having playe national and international level tennis in the past. Candice is also proud to say that she has completed 2 half marathons!
