Secondary School Work Placement Application

The Sports Injury Clinic is committed to be a leader as an educational facility.  We pride ourselves on the number of students we offer placements to each year, which include Secondary School, TAFE & University students.  Due to the growing number of applications we receive and to ensure all students get the most out of their placement, we offer placements to students with a genuine interest in pursuing a career within a range of Allied Health fields.

• why you want to complete your placement at The Sports Injury Clinic
• your future study aspirations
• a current resume

Please specify which field you are interested in –
□    Physiotherapy
□    Podiatry
□    Exercise Physiology
□    Remedial Massage/Myotherapy
□    Pilates
□    Occupational Therapy/Hand Therapy
□    General Allied Health Interest

To be eligible for a placement within Physiotherapy, Podiatry or Occupational Therapy can you please provide details to demonstrate a current A/80% grade average.

Unfortunately applications which do not provide details of the above criteria will not be considered.
