TSIC Sports Body Package

TSIC Sports Body package is suited to those who regularly train and would consider themselves fit and ready for new challenges. It also suits those who train regularly but have had a specific injury and want to make sure that they guard against reoccurrence.

Exercise Physiologists will create personalized weekly programs that will address your needs and goals over a 6 week schedule. Designed to help you recover from injury whilst maintaining other training; change up your training; or to be specific to your sport/position.

Weekly programs that encompass

  • Initial 1:1 consultation with your Exercise Physiologist
  • 6- week on-line training schedule that incorporates:
  • Strength and conditioning specific to your sport/position
  • Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
  • Speed and plyometric training
  • Core and flexibility training
  • Specific injury rehabilitation
  • Unlimited access to email and web on-line TSIC on-line exercise physiologist

This package offers the added bonus of having an ability to diarize your training on-line. Just simply enter the details of your training into the thorough on-line training diary and once every 6 weeks you will receive an analysis of your training. The analysis will report and graph the information that you have entered into your personal diary and your TSIC on-line exercise physiologist will be able to provide you with valuable feedback on your training.

How to get started

Step 1

  • Register and pay for program
  • The order will be processed and you will receive details of your account
  • You will receive a phone call within 24 hrs to organize an initial assessment with your exercise physiologist.

Step 2

  • Attend TSIC for your initial fitness and lifestyle assessment. You will be taken through your individualized training program
  • You will receive a confirmation email that your program has been loaded onto your personal website
  • You will receive an email with a copy of your assessment results and your nominated goals.

Step 3

  • Start your program
  • Week 1: You will receive an email from your on-line exercise physiologist to ensure you are on the right track
  • Week 2-6: Keep training but remember that we are able to be contacted at any time if you have questions
  • Receive email from your on-line exercise physiologist every two weeks to ensure that you are on target for reaching your goals.

Step 4

  • Week 6: You will receive an email to ensure that you wish to receive another 6-week program
  • You will also receive valuable feedback on your training through an analysis of your on-line training diary information. The report includes highlights, advice and graphs of your training success.
