Sarah Rumian

Exercise Physiologist

Sarah graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2016 with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, having previously completed a Bachelor of Health Science Degree majoring in Exercise Science, Physical Activity and Nutrition from Deakin University in 2012. Sarah is now an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise Sports Science Australia.

Sarah has extensive experience working with a vast range of clientele with a variety of injuries, health conditions as well as different age groups. Whilst completing her university degree, Sarah worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, specialising in female strength. Currently Sarah also practices in a rehabilitation unit of a Private Hospital where she helps patients to improve their function, strength and independence following orthopaedic surgeries, as well as the reconditioning of patients post falls, cardiac procedures and other health conditions.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Sarah enjoys being exposed to a wide variety of conditions as well as a variety of clientele. She loves having the opportunity to improve the lives of others through exercise rehabilitation and providing education on the benefits that exercise has on our lives.
