Katie Palmer

Katie PalmerExercise PhysiologIST

Graduating in 2012 from the University of Ballarat (now Federation University Australia) from Exercise and Sport Science, then following on to the Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2013. Katie graduated top of her class, and was awarded the most outstanding graduate as well as the ESSA outstanding student performance award.

She started with TSIC in 2014, working with a broad spectrum of clients.  She enjoys the task of incorporating functional exercises into new and previous exercisers' daily routines. Katie also has a passion for helping new mums get back into their post baby fitness routines, running the Mums and Bubs group exercise sessions, as well as working 1:1.

With personal experience, Katie's knowledge and passion for treating knees escalated in 2015 after needing an ACL reconstruction. Not only does this give her firsthand experience in the rehabilitation process, but she can now fully understand the frustrations of such an injury!

Katie is excited to work with new and returning clients to the clinic to help achieve their long term health goals.
